Barrio Brewing at DVT Supports Local Teachers

Barrio Brewing Company at Phoenix Deer Valley Airport recently made an impactful donation for teachers at Union Park School. During Teacher Appreciation Week, Barrio Brewing Co. donated and catered hot lunch for about 100 teachers and staff, and provided buy-one-get-one coupons so that teachers could come back and visit the restaurant on another day outside of school hours. Barrio even donated restaurant gift cards to the school's Parent Teacher Student Association to honor and celebrate the amazing teacher's hard work.

Diana Mitchell, Union Park PTSA Special Projects Committee Chair said, "Our teachers and staff commented on how good everything smelled, looked, and tasted. I loved how special this made our wonderful teachers and staff who go so above and beyond all year feel. There was a lot of excitement around knowing they were appreciated by a restaurant right in our local community."
